Starlet Jul 12, 2020 @ 9:36am. You pay for them with influence. As for playing with your own kingdom, it's currently broken. Lords/clans will leave you even if you have maxed relationship with them. You can only play your own kingdom properly if you use the "Defection Overhaul"-mod on Nexus. #1.
Highest I’ve seen. So far, the highest in that campaign has been: Aserai: 1800. Western: 1600. Battanian: 1300. Sturgia: 400 (lmao) After the Sargot siege finished, they disbanded and I picked off a couple lords but they still firmly hold the city with ~800 troops.
Go to the Kingdom tab, there's a Policies section. Also, if it's really that bad, just let them rebel, then retake the city, the loyalty should be reset to 100 after, but I'm not sure. Also, it might be better to have no governor than a governor with different culture.
Policies really need reworking. Some are completely useless, some are not worth it with too many negatives and some are just OP (Noble Retinue). One Key To Getting Vassals. Found out that most vassals that hate their ruler are much easier to sway to your kingdom. Its actually easy to find these vassals as you just have to look through the rulers enemies in the encyclopedia and if you come across one with a title of vassal for the kingdom that ruler rules they are the ones you should try
